The Company   Bournelodge was formed in 2003 by Paul Bewers, who has been actively involved with all aspects of industrial property for over 30 years. Before joining niche industrial agents, Peter Taylor and Co in 1980 and subsequently becoming a director and joint owner of the business, he worked for 10 years at King Sturge and Atisreal. The Company's core activities include property and land acquisitions, development, asset management and project co-ordination. The principle area of focus in the UK is London and the South-East.
