2007 Romford Project completed on schedule Bournelodge Developments announce that construction work on its 100,000 sq ft Falcon Business Centre in Romford have been completed on schedule. A 40,000 sq ft building has been pre-sold to The Metropolitan Police Authority together with three other units bringing the total level of sales prior to practical completion to over 50%. Kemsley Whiteley & Ferris are acting as agents for Bournelodge and confirm that negotiations are at an advanced stage on a further eight units.  |
