Bournelodge acquires land and vacant properties for development. The main area of activity is the industrial and business space sector but increasingly employment land provides opportunities for mixed use projects both in planning and commercial terms with hotel, car showroom, self-storage, trade park, theme pub/restaurant and residential uses. We are actively seeking sites of between 3-5 acres in established locations and also larger sites to create an estate environment with phased speculative development, bespoke buildings and serviced plot sales. |
