Bournelodge acquires existing vacant properties and land for development.
The main area of activity is the industrial and business space sector
but increasingly employment land provides opportunities for mixed
use projects both in planning and commercial terms with hotels, car
dealerships, self-storage facilities, trade parks, theme pubs/restaurant
and residential uses.
We are actively seeking sites of between 5 -10 acres in established
commercial locations and larger sites of 20 acres plus to create an
estate environment with phased speculative development, bespoke buildings
and serviced plot sales. |
