Development   Bournelodge acquires existing vacant properties and land for development. The main area of activity is the industrial and business space sector but increasingly employment land provides opportunities for mixed use projects both in planning and commercial terms with hotels, car dealerships, self-storage facilities, trade parks, theme pubs/restaurant and residential uses.
