January 2008 Bournelodge advises Fund on Basildon project Following an appointment in October 2007 by Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd (USS) in connection with a proposed redevelopment of an existing industrial estate in Basildon, Bournelodge has completed an initial feasibility study for the demolition of a 1960's warehouse totalling 160,000 sq ft on 5 acres and the construction of new buildings.
