July 2006 Bournelodge hat-trick Bournelodge has completed three investment sales with a total value of £9.75 million. The properties in Elstree, Watford and Shipston formed part of the McNicholas Portfolio acquired by Bournelodge in 2004 in joint venture with a private investor. The portfolio comprised a total of nine properties leased back to McNicholas Construction, the major private construction and civil engineering business. The Elstree property is the McNicholas headquarters facility. Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Bournelodge on the three sales which reflect an overall yield of 5.83%.
