| March 2008 Contracts exchanged on Watford site Following an appointment by Black Rock Property Fund UK to advise in connection with an investment property in Watford, Bournelodge carried out a comprehensive feasibility study including the option of acquiring an adjoining property - the assessment also covered the possibility of the existing tenant exercising an option to break the occupational lease. Bournelodge has successfully arranged a sale of the property with vacant possession and King Sturge acted as agents. |
