Met Police Acquire 40,000 sq.ft at Romford

Bournelodge Developments has pre-sold a 40,000 sq ft unit to The Metropolitan Police Authority at its Falcon Business Centre scheme
in Romford.

The Met Police has paid in excess of £5.25 million for the building
which will be used as a patrol base for Havering Borough Police as
part of The Met's programme or re-organisation in all London Boroughs.

Bournelodge is scheduled to complete construction works on the
100,000 sq ft project in July and with three other deals close to
exchange over 50% of the space will be pre-sold before practical completion. Bournelodge is developing the site in partnership with Frogmore.

Kemsley Whiteley & Ferris are agents for Bournelodge and SM-PA
acted for The Metropolitan Police.
