Completion of speculative units at Leatherhead

Bournelodge Developments has completed a phase of 10 new office buildings at its Axis scheme in Leatherhead with two units pre-sold.
The quoting price is £270 per sq ft through agents Hurst Warne.

On another part of the Estate, an existing building totalling 5,000 sq ft
has been let to Carters Flooring UK at £15.00 per sq ft.

Bournelodge has also submitted a Planning Application for a further phase of 11 office units totaling 20,000 sq ft.
