| November 2007 Bournlodge sells to London Fire Authority Bournelodge Developments has sold three units totalling 14,320 sq ft to LFEPA (London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority) at its Falcon Business Centre Ashton Road on the Harold Hill Industrial Estate in Romford in a deal worth around £2.25 million. This deal follows the sale earlier this year of 40,000 sq ft at Falcon to Metropolitan Police Authority and brings the total number of deals to eight with over 70% of the development sold since the scheme was completed in July. LFEPA, which runs the London Fire Brigade, has acquired the property as part of a strategy to provide a fourth operational fire station within Havering.
