Bournlodge sells to London Fire Authority
Bournelodge Developments has sold three units totalling 14,320 sq ft to LFEPA (London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority) at its Falcon Business Centre Ashton Road on the Harold Hill Industrial Estate in Romford in a deal worth around £2.25 million.
This deal follows the sale earlier this year of 40,000 sq ft at Falcon to Metropolitan Police Authority and brings the total number of deals to eight with over 70% of the development sold since the scheme was completed in July.
Bournelodge has carried out the 100,000 sq ft development in joint venture with Frogmore Property Company.
LFEPA, which runs the London Fire Brigade, has acquired the property as part of a strategy to provide a fourth operational fire station within Havering. The facility will also include an area for community engagement.
Kemsley acted for Bournelodge and Dron & Wright advised LFEPA.
