November 2010 Bournelodge selected as preferred bidder Bournelodge has been selected as the preferred bidder by London Thames Gateway Development Corporation for the acquisition of 14 acres of employment land in Barking. The development proposals include three car dealerships and industrial/warehouse units totalling 161,000 sq ft.
