October 2011 Watford sale completed Acting as consultants to Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, Bournelodge has completed the sale of 45,000 sq ft on 1.8 acres in Watford to VW Group who plan to redevelop the property as a new car dealership facility. The property forms part of a larger complex totalling 70,000 sq ft on 3.8 acres and Bournelodge is advising the Fund on various asset management options for the remaining buildings.
