October 2004 Bournelodge sales net £4.25m: Bournelodge has sold two investment properties forming part of the industrial portfolio acquired in March from McNicholas Construction Ltd. A 13,000 sq ft office building in Totton leased back to McNicholas for 15 years has been sold at auction for £2.95 million, reflecting a yield of 6.4% and a 12,000 sq ft depot on 1 acre site in Enfield, has been sold for £1.3 million to J Browne Construction.
