October 2006 Construction starts at Romford Bournelodge has obtained planning permission for its scheme in Romford and appointed Fitzpatrick as main contractor. The project has been named The Falcon Business Centre and will comprise 22 units totalling 104,000 sq ft – demolition works are completed and construction work is due to start at the beginning of October. Kemsley Whiteley & Ferris are appointed as agents.
