Phase 1 was completed earlier this year with two units pre-sold and agents Hurst Warne report a good level of interest in the remaining units ranging from 1,400 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft.

The latest planning permission will allow a further 20,000 sq ft to be constructed in two buildings and Hurst Warne are instructed to find occupiers on a pre-let or design and build basis.
