September 2005 Bournelodge sells Wembley site: Bournelodge has sold a 1-acre site close to the new Wembley Stadium for a record £2.365 million. The purchaser was a local occupier and as part of the deal the tenant, McNicholas Construction, surrendered its lease to provide vacant possession. The property formed part of the £14.5 million industrial portfolio acquired in March 2004 from McNicholas Construction Ltd. This disposal is the third from the portfolio and brings the total sales to over £6.5 million.
